Order Processing

Each item you purchase is handmade with love and intention, either individually or in small batches! Please note, this means that there may be slight variations in each product. Once you have placed your order, please allow up to 5-7 business days for order processing. You will receive an email once your order is ready to be sent out!

If an item you want is out of stock and not available for backorder, please reach out at sequoiacraftworks@gmail.com or DM me on Instagram. I’ll be sure to let you know if it will be back in stock and what kind of timeline you can expect.

I also do my best to accommodate all custom requests! Please reach out to me at sequoiacraftworks@gmail.com with any ideas or questions, and we can discuss design and pricing. Once we’ve decided on a design and the order is placed, I will begin work handcrafting your bespoke piece. Photos will be shared once the order is complete, and with your approval, the item will be shipped out.

Custom orders may require 2-3 weeks depending on the design and any materials that need to be acquired.

Shipping

Sequoia Craftworks ships pan-India from Bangalore, KA. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping, depending on where you are located. Shipping costs are calculated based on location and particulars of your order. Once you have entered your zip code at Check-Out, shipping costs will get updated accordingly before you place your order.

Local Pick-Up: If you are located in Bangalore, you will be able to opt for a local pick-up when checking out. This option is free of shipping costs; however, you will be responsible for any delivery fees, should you choose to book a Swiggy, Dunzo, etc., to have the order delivered. Please contact me at sequoiacraftworks@gmail.com to arrange the pick-up. Alternatively, you can choose flat rate shipping that should reach you within 1-2 business days after your order has been processed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of my products, all items are final sale only. I do not accept returns or process refunds, unless a product arrives damaged or breaks within one week of delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, please reach out to me within 2 days of delivery via email at sequoiacraftworks@gmail.com or via DM on Instagram with photographs of the damaged item in its packaging. Once I’m made aware of the issue, I will determine how best to replace the product. Please keep in mind that as all my items are handmade, there may be slight variations in replacement products.

I only accept exchanges on items that are defective or damaged.

While making a purchase on this website, if there is a payment failure of any kind, you will receive a refund for the same automatically. If the money was debited and you have not received a refund, please write to me at sequoiacraftworks@gmail.com.

If a package is returned to sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment charges.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please do so within 2 hours of making the payment.
